HOW TO STAY FULL WHEN CUTTING? 🤔 Anyone who has dieted before will know that when in a calorie deficit (what is required to lose fat) it is hard to stay full whilst consuming poverty calories. 💀 – When dieting it may feel like as soon as a meal appears in front of you that you want to immediately inhale it as fast as you can 🤤. However, when you do this, you will often be hungry again in a short period of time. – Instead, try to take your time eating. It takes 20-30 minutes for satiety hormones (leptin) from your stomach to reach your brain and signal that you are full. So instead of eating a meal in 5 minutes, take your time and consume it in about 20 minutes and you will actually be a lot fuller when you finish 🥘. – Other tips include: ✳️ Choose foods that a less calorie dense such as vegetables and low carbohydrate options ✳️ Increase your non exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT). Simple things like standing more often or fidgeting will allow you to burn more calories each day meaning that you can eat more and still be in a calorie deficit. ✳️ Try and stay sane, the diets that actually work include eating foods that you enjoy! They’re much more sustainable in the long run and you will feel so much happier! – Stay motivated 🙏🏼 – #lstockfitness #teamehp #ehplabs #dieting #cleaneating #motivation #fitness #abs #biceps #gym #foodporn #dedication #shred #cleaneating #healthy

Current Back Conditioning 🤔 – Pretty happy with how far I’ve come in regards to overall muscle development. Taking photos is a great way to find areas of improvement and potential lagging muscles. But it’s also a way to think about the individual journey you have made and the progress that has come from it. – Everyone starts somewhere and although there are days where the grind may seem too much and you feel like giving up, remember how far you’ve come and where you want to be in the future. – Remember that everything worth while doesn’t come easy, so congratulate yourself on the blood, sweat and tears you have put in so far. And find that motivation to push further. – For those of you who are wanting to start but keep putting it off, just remember that everyone else was in your position at some stage as well. There is no greater way to learn than by doing. – And if you want advice on how to start your fitness journey or have any questions, feel free to DM me. – Everyday should be a step towards a better you 🙏🏼🙌🏽 #lstockfitness #motivation #fit #back #fitfam
